Our Story
At Sunflower Bakery, nestled in the heart of North Yorkshire, we are a small, independent family business passionate about all things cake. Since our humble beginnings in 2012, we've grown and evolved, and in 2022, we relocated from Somerset to the charming market towns of Boroughbridge and Thirsk.
Our love for baking is reflected in our delightful range of sweet treats, bespoke celebration cakes, and cake decorating supplies. We also offer engaging workshops for both adults and children, teaching the art of cake making in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our classes, accommodating up to 12 students, are held in our Boroughbridge store, providing a perfect setting to learn new skills and share a passion for baking.
