Mothers Day - Deluxe Bento Workshop

Come and along and celebrate Mother's Day at Sunflower Bakery! Join us for a small and intimate workshop, where we will teach you how to make a super cute and very on trend Bento Cake with matching cupcakes and sugar cookies! 

During this deluxe workshops you will learn the following techniques: 

• How to make our signature buttercream and colour using oil based food colourings to achieve the perfect shade of your choice;
• How to cut, fill and crumb coat a small 4 inch cake;
• How to add a final top layer of buttercream and achieve a super smooth finish;
• How to cut and fill a piping bag without getting messy! 
• How to use a range of nozzles to achieve different piping techniques;
• How to create a fondant embosser, which once dry we will teach you how to hand paint; 
  
• We will then move on to creating beautiful matching cupcakes and sweet sugar cookies to finish your design.
